Simple, elegant, timeless.  The Matron gown from Chancery offers a flattering, tailored look that hugs the body and could easily be glammed, up or left minimalist, depending on the vibe you are going for.

V neck front and back with wide straps so a bra can easily be worn.  The edge of the neckline also has a silicone strip to help stop it moving. A satin ribbon has been added at the waist, this could easily be left off.  

The skirt falls from the waist in a classic trumpet shape and flares out into a small train. The entire back seam has been adorned with decorative buttons.

Hidden zip side closure. There is no padding or boning in the bodice.

In excellent preloved condition.  One minor mark near the hem at the side.  Original retail was just under $400AUD.
