We assess the condition of the dresses and will make every effort to accurately describe the condition and highlight any faults, marks or defects within the product description. 

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about the purchase or if the dress does not fit, so please choose carefully and check your measurements against those provided.

All products are sold as is. If the goods are faulty, or you feel we have misrepresented the condition, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The product will be sent back to us at your cost and then a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) will be provided, once we receive the dress back in the same condition it was sent and you provide your bank account details.
