Emma Victoria Payne is a high end bridal designer based in Knightsbridge, London.  She is known for elegant, high quality, bespoke designs.  Most dresses from her studio on StillWhite.com are over $1000NZD so would probably retail for well over $2k.

This gorgeous gown features beautiful champagne floral lace, with pearl beading accents, on the bodice.  It travels over the shoulders and onto a low V style back.  There is tulle over the decolletage to allow the lace to sit on the edge of the shoulder, and also at the back, which does up with a button at the neck. 

The bodice is boned and has loops inside to act like a corset underneath the zip back closure.  

The skirt has oodles of fabric, and a net petticoat to help maintain the shape. A long train which has a series of ribbons under the fabric layer to allow it to be bustled.  The tulle and organza layers of the train also has some loops to allow bustling. A button, or similar would need to be added so it sits at the desired length.

In good pre-loved condition.  The dress has been drycleaned but there are still some marks remaining on the skirt, the worst of these are on the middle organza layer so only vaguely show through the tulle. There is potential this layer could be removed if the stains cause concern, due to the amount of fabric in the skirt only the ones near the waist might be noticeable to guests with an eagle eye.  There is a minor tear at the hem, but again because of the amount of fabric it is very difficult to spot.   The are also some marks under the train but they are not visible when worn.  

Bespoke Designer quality, without the price tag! Dresses like this don't come along every day.
