The Angelisa Gown from Noodz Boutique, brand new with tags, has a figure-hugging fit, strapless straight neckline and sweep train. The white option is no longer available on the site but original retail was approx. $300 AUD,  All over mini sequin fabric to add some sparkle to your day.  The dress has an internal strap but no padding or boning and a zip back closure. Has a little bit of stretch but is designed to hug the body so is quite fitted down to just above the knee.

The over top was created by Liah Roebuck Bridal who specialises in bespoke Wedding Dress design.  Made from a beautiful embroidered lace and is cropped to sit at just above the waist.  The sleeves end in a cute little bell like frill.  Unsure on how much this would have cost the original owner but with the boutique charging $250 for veils we would guess it would have been a similar price.  In excellent pre-loved condition.
